I love this recipe...
I make killer chicken and dumplings. Of course, the dumplings are Bisquick, but the rest is homemade--and I don't have a recipe, because it's different every time I make it.
I also make great corn chowder and chicken curry, but I got both those recipes from a friend who is a wonderful cook, so they're not my signature dishes.

My wife makes this chicken dish I really like. You cube chicken and mix it with sour cream, salsa, cheese and some other stuff I don't recall and you eat it on a toritlla with lettuce and tomato.
That sounds really good! And perfect for summer, too. What I cook is usually too heavy for summer eating.
